Information About Custom Orders

Eagle Products can print or embroider custom shirts with your artwork or logo.  We can also help you design your shirt. 

The following elements will determine the cost of the shirt:
1.  Shirt style.
2.  Number of colors in the print or embroidery.
3.  Quantity of garments needed.
4.  Amount of time Eagle has to spend preparing your artwork for production.
5.  The amount of time needed on a printing press or embroidery machine required to produce your order.
6.  Embroidery only - number of stitches in your design.

Generally speaking, the easier the job, the more garments needed, the cheaper the price.

Custom Screenprint Pricing
« 1 Color print = $200 minimum order
« 2 Color print = $250 minimum order
« 3 Color print = $750 minimum order
« 4 Color print = $1500 minimum order
« 5-8 Color print = $2400 minimum order

Any shirts may be chosen from our product categories.  Basic colored tees are $5.00 each.

Screen Charges $20 per color*
Art Charges $20 per hour*

*May or may not apply depending on condition of artwork supplied.

Eagle has a state-of-the-art computer graphics department, and many times we absortb the art and screen charges as part of our responsibility if the artwork is camera ready or the job is quick and simple to produce.  It all depends on the time and materials needed to produce your order.
